We have learned a lot from our customers and partners in this area, and we still have a lot to learn and develop! At the moment, we are offering a service without disposable products, with alternatives even for napkins, coffee capsules, sugar packets, tea bags. We work so that more and more food products reach us through short circuits (local/regional products), crockery, towels, cutlery made in Portugal, decoration with reusable and recycled materials. We use spontaneously grown flowers and the like, which we can find in places where the soil needs to be cleaned and therefore ends up being beneficial in both senses. We are also working on learning how to manage organic waste (composting), so that we can ensure that the entire process, from cooking to cleaning up after the event, is eco-conscious
